Dr. Tito Tettamanti

Founder & Honorary President

Dr. Tito Tettamanti’s career has spanned the legal, public sector, and financial professions. He is recognised as an entrepreneur, financier, lawyer, and author who has worked, taught, and published on subjects such as the legal system, public policy, and investments.

After a short time in politics, Dr. Tettamanti started the Fidinam Company in 1960 specialising in worldwide tax advising and real estate consulting. He was very active in the seventies in real estate development, mainly in North America, in financing in the eighties, mainly in New York, and as an industrialist chairing and controlling a worldwide leading textile machines company in the nineties. Later, he made investments in China-based projects in the area of infrastructure and construction.

In 1999, he commenced strategic bloc investing in companies listed on the European Stock Exchanges and distressed securities in the USA. Until 2012, he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors and controlling shareholder of Sterling Strategic Value Limited. He today serves as Honorary Chairman.

Tettamanti founded the Swiss Civil Society Association and served as Chairman until 2013 and has also held the position of “Governor” and Vice President of the European Policy Forum in London.

For many years, he has also been a member of the Board of Schweizer Monatshefte (now SchweizerMonat) and of IBL—Istituto Bruno Leoni, an Italian Think Tank. He was also a member of the Board of Trustees of Avenir Suisse, the largest Swiss Think Tank.

Tettamanti has been Chairman of the Fidinam Foundation, a nonprofit entity whose aim is to support initiatives in the fields of education, research, health, and various projects with social and economic needs background in Ticino and other regions of Switzerland. The Fidinam Foundation is under the supervision of the Swiss Federal Department of Internal Affairs.

He is the author of various books and regularly publishes articles in newspapers and specialist journals.

Massimo Pedrazzini

Chairman of the Board of Directors of ST Goup Holding Inc. Joined in 2010.

Massimo is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ST Group Holding Inc. He has been involved with ST Group Holding Inc. since 2010. From 1985 to 2006, Massimo worked at the Tettamanti Spiess & Associati law firm, where he became a partner in 1993. Massimo’s focus areas included contract law, M&A, corporate law, international tax law, and financial law. During this period, he advised industrial and financial companies on cross-border joint ventures and M&A transactions in Europe, Asia, and America. Massimo holds a degree in Law from Geneva University.

Massimo is the Chairman of Fidinam Group, ST Real Estate Holding Inc., and Sterling Strategic Value Fund. He is also the Vice Chairman of SSVL (Monaco) S.A.M. and its Investment Committee.

Giulia Nobili

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of ST Group Holding Inc. Joined in 2010.

Giulia is the Vice Chairman of ST Group Holding Inc. She joined ST Group Holding Inc. in 2010. Giulia has over 30 years of experience in Corporate, Board, and Investment Banking, strategy, business development, restructuring, operations, and integration. She started her career in Private Equity at CVC and later in Investment Banking at Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers. In 1999, she joined Telecom Italia as the person responsible for International Strategy and Corporate Development. In 2003, she joined Cable & Wireless as Group Director for Strategy and Business Development and was also a member of the board of Monaco Telecom in 2007. In 2007, she moved to Diageo as a senior management team member, responsible for global M&A and integration management. From 2011 to 2018, Giulia was a partner in Ares Life Sciences, a PE healthcare fund managed by Waypoint Capital. Giulia holds a degree in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from Bocconi University. Giulia is the Chairman of SSVL (Monaco) S.A.M. and its Investment Committee and a Board Member of ST Real Estate Inc. and Fidinam Group.

Sophie Gest

Director, Secretary

Ms Gest joined the ST Group in 2006. She is part of the Fidinam (Monte-Carlo) SAM team where she advises and oversees the treasury and liquid financial investments of the Group’s companies. She particularly focuses on cash management, liquidity enhancement solutions, relationships with banks and financial partners.

She started her carrier in Paris and London as a financial intermediary on interest rate derivative. She then turned to private banking and worked for Abn Amro Bank NV Monaco for seven years as a Treasurer and Head of advisory. She has been an active member of the ACI Financial Market Association since 1996 and is part of the Executive Board of ACI Monaco. Ms Gest graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris ( Diploma in Market Finance) and holds a postgraduate Master of Science in Finance from the Lancaster University (UK).

Fabien Tardito

Director, Treasurer

Fabien obtained his qualifications with a Master’s degree in International Asset Management from the CERAM Business School, Sophia Antipolis/Nice (1996, Valedictorian), DESS CAAE at the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises (IAE), Nice (1996). In 1996, he joined Lazard Brothers Asset Management in London, covering Strategic analysis and budget preparation. From 1998 to 1999, he was with State Street Banque SA, Paris, as a Client Services Officer.

Fabien joined the ST Group in 1999, taking a role with Fidinam (Monte-Carlo) S.A.M., Monaco. Here, his duties were Finance & Administration Officer with responsibility for accounting, documentation and reporting, custody and day-to-day relationships with banks, and also focusing on cash management and hedging as well as risk management. In 2010, he rose to the Managing Director position. In lieu of its other activities, Fidinam (Monte Carlo) S.A.M. acts as corporate secretary and accounting department for various companies of the ST Group.
